Christopher Dudley, a respected real estate agent in Tysons, Virginia, has been arrested on multiple child abuse charges involving minors. The Fairfax County Police Department has charged him with aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties, following allegations dating back over two decades. Christopher Dudley, a 46-year-old resident of Fairfax, Virginia, was arrested on July 24, 2025, on multiple child abuse charges. The Fairfax County Police Department reported that Dudley faces serious allegations related to the sexual exploitation of minors, sparking concern in the local community.
The arrest follows an investigation initiated after Fairfax County Child Protective Services received a referral on July 15, 2025. Christopher Dudley has been formally charged with eight counts of aggravated sexual battery and eight counts of indecent liberties by a custodian. In addition to his professional career, Dudley is known locally as a real estate agent and is the founder of the Dudley Real Estate Group, which operates out of Tysons. His firm is affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty. Dudley has also worked as a voice coach at St. Paul’s Parish in Washington, D.C., and continued offering private vocal coaching services through his company, Dudley Vocals, LLC, until 2024.
Beyond his business activities, Dudley has a history of volunteer service. Between December 2010 and October 2012, he was a member of the Bailey’s Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department. At the time of his arrest, he was volunteering as an emergency medical technician (EMT) with the Bethesda Chevy Chase Rescue Squad.
Following a bond hearing, Dudley remains in custody at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for November 5, 2025, in the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court to review the case further.
