He is survived by his son, Mitchell Dyson, and three siblings: Courtney Hilton (Dan), Candace Lyons (Kevin), and Cyndi Amstutz (Steve), along with his step-father, Winton F. Starling (Susan). Chip was deeply devoted to his family, and his greatest joy stemmed from spending quality time with loved ones and caring for everyone who entered his life.
