Houston, Texas – Crow Holdings Development has appointed CBRE to oversee the marketing and leasing of the newly developed Hightower Business Park. This new industrial park, located at 6000 McHard Road in Houston, promises to be a significant addition to the area’s business landscape.

Development Details

The Hightower Business Park spans an impressive 180 acres and is currently undergoing construction at the intersection of McHard Road and a new section of Chimney Road, which is being developed by Fort Bend County. The project includes six modern buildings designed with flexible floor plans suitable for multi-tenant occupancy.

Construction has commenced on the first phase of the development, which consists of three buildings, all of which are expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2026. The specifications for these buildings are:

  • Building One: 163,930 sq. ft.
  • Building Two: 343,332 sq. ft.
  • Building Three: 228,954 sq. ft.

For the second phase, plans are underway for three additional buildings:

  • Building Four: 179,311 sq. ft.
  • Building Five: 179,311 sq. ft.
  • Building Six: 737,437 sq. ft.

Amenities and Features

The buildings in phase one will feature clear heights ranging from 32 to 36 feet and will be equipped with advanced ESFR sprinkler systems to enhance safety. The development will also provide ample trailer parking to accommodate logistics operations. Furthermore, the developer is looking into build-to-suit options for phase two to better meet the tailored needs of potential tenants.

Land Tracts for Sale

In addition to the industrial buildings, Crow Holdings is offering for sale two land tracts within the property: a 12.5-acre tract and a 3.6-acre tract, which could present additional opportunities for investors or developers in the area.
