Houston, Texas – Crow Holdings Development has appointed CBRE to oversee the marketing and leasing of the newly developed Hightower Business Park. This new industrial park, located at 6000 McHard Road in Houston, promises to be a significant addition to the area’s business landscape.
The Hightower Business Park spans an impressive 180 acres and is currently undergoing construction at the intersection of McHard Road and a new section of Chimney Road, which is being developed by Fort Bend County. The project includes six modern buildings designed with flexible floor plans suitable for multi-tenant occupancy.
