As a subsidiary of Wayfair Inc., Perigold provides shoppers access to notable brands including Visual Comfort, Century Furniture, Oly, House of Rohl, Theodore Alexander, Scalamandré, and Stark Rugs. The new Houston location features an array of styles that cater to diverse tastes, showcasing both traditional and modern designs.
The showroom boasts impressive displays curated by distinguished designers, enhancing the shopping experience for customers and professionals alike. The experts behind the displays include Marie Flanigan, Julie Neill, Evan Millard, and Jessica Davis, who have created a visually inspiring environment for potential buyers.
According to company representatives, this physical presence allows Perigold to serve as a vital resource for both customers and designers. Looking ahead, Perigold plans to expand its retail footprint further, with a second location set to be established in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Within this context, Bayou Packaging has signed a lease for a substantial 32,275 square feet at 845 Greens Parkway, further emphasizing the activity in Houston’s industrial sector. This deal was managed by the team from Stream Realty Partners.
In residential development news, LGI Homes has recently announced the opening of the Magnolia Woods community, which is set to include over 1,300 homes located in Magnolia, northwest of Houston. Homes within this new community are priced starting at $259,900 for LGI Homes offerings and $529,900 for those from Terrata Homes.
Additionally, several other notable leases have taken place. TAK Broadband has leased a space of 11,200 square feet at 13805 West Road, backed by representation from both Stream Realty Partners and Avison Young.
Investment activities in the region include the acquisition of a shopping center at 5000 South Hulen in Fort Worth by Whitestone REIT, which now encompasses 86,907 square feet and features tenants like Sephora and Barnes & Noble.
