Dyson, affectionately known as “Chip,” was born on April 18th, 1971. He was the beloved son of the late Judith Lynn Max and Charles Edward Dyson. His passing has left a profound void in the lives of his family and friends, who mourn his loss deeply.

Chip was renowned for his sharp intellect and strong work ethic, characteristics that propelled him through a successful career spanning over thirty years in the IT sector. A corporal in the United States Marine Corps, he displayed discipline, honor, and a commitment to service that shaped his professional ethos. Following his military service, he graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Finance, further enhancing his qualifications for the technology industry.

Throughout his career, Chip held leadership roles in several prominent companies, including Accenture, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Transocean, and Coterra Energy.
