As the evening approaches, the environment shifts into a lively party scene featuring DJs who spin deep house music, paired with a selection of signature cocktails available until late.

Plume’s programming throughout the week is diverse, inviting guests to participate in various themed events:

Tuesdays: “Birds of a Feather,” an industry night with rotating liquor sponsors and affordable cocktail selections.
Wednesdays: “Date Night,” featuring a prix fixe dinner for $50, which includes rotating pasta choices and a bottle of wine.
Thursdays: Theme explorations including Latin music nights and specialty one-off events.
Fridays and Saturdays: Happy hour from 3-5 p.m. offers $5 espresso martinis and $6 frozen cocktails, leading into a vibrant nightlife scene.
